hey2..based on my research (acece mntang2 la student statistic pdahal bkn bt kjian pn) here are some tips that i want to share on how to reduce fat ."5 WAYS TO KILL FAT" :
1) Green Tea: Contains potent antioxidants and has been linked to increased fat burning. Where you can find green tea? 2) Dark Chocolate: It is loaded with anti-oxidants (nearly 8 times that found in strawberries) and contains stimulants that can have a positive effect on fat burning. For those that love to eat chocolate mira suggest uolss to take dark chocolate so that at the same time you can burn your fat.
3) Oatmeal/Porridge: Very good for your health(x tipu). Helps to reduce amount of fat in your body..ak pn amalkn juga..bla bgun pgi tu mkan la oat..
4) Peanut Butter: not just peanut butter, but mostly any seeds and nuts: pistachios, walnuts, almonds,pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and flax seeds. Why? They keep uolss full and satisfied for long periods of time and they are full of healthy fats and minerals. For those that allergic to nuts you can try other tips.
