Mood mlas kembali..rsa mlasnya nk update sbb skrg nie busy skit..busy,am i?  lepas hbis dip bukannya keja.. tpi entah la..hahaha..pejam celik pejam celik cepatnya msa berlalu ..right now currently waiting for degree.. msa pi gurney x tau nk makan ap..asyik2 sushi, bosan la kan..then msa lalu kt area ground floor trnmpk la chilli's ,"mcm best je" ..lastly end up mkan dkt black canyon coffee..

Black canyon nie mkan dia ala2 Thai chain restaurant . They serve Thai cuisine and a relatively large selection of coffee especially for coffee lovers. I didn't order coffee because i am not a fan of coffee..klau skit2 tu bleh lgi ..tpi tkot pahit..hehe..so i order ice lemon tea only..x ngt apa nama nasi nie..sbb pelik sgt.
ada sesetengah mkanan pedas so korg bleh mnta spicy bgi yg x suka..mcm ak..ak mnta less spicy sbb x mkan pedas2..

hey2..based on my research (acece mntang2 la student statistic pdahal bkn bt kjian pn) here are some tips that i want to share on how to reduce fat ."5 WAYS TO KILL FAT" :

1) Green Tea: Contains potent antioxidants and has been linked to increased fat burning. Where      you can find green tea? Well dkat sushi kn ad so time korg nk mnum dkat sushi tu x pyah la          order air mnta green tea sudah(free plk tu)ngeh3...korg dpt jmat duit n pda msa yg sma dpt        kurgkn kalori..Beside that, dkat shop pn ad.

2) Dark Chocolate: It is loaded with anti-oxidants (nearly 8 times that found in strawberries) and     contains stimulants that can have a positive effect on fat burning. For those that love to eat       chocolate mira suggest uolss to take dark chocolate so that at the same time you can burn         your fat.

3) Oatmeal/Porridge: Very good for your health(x tipu). Helps to reduce amount of fat in your           body..ak pn amalkn juga..bla bgun pgi tu mkan la oat..

4) Peanut Butter: not just peanut butter, but mostly any seeds and nuts: pistachios, walnuts,        almonds,pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and flax seeds. Why? They keep uolss full and              satisfied for long periods of time and they are full of healthy fats and minerals. For those that allergic to nuts you can try other tips.

5) Last, drinks a lot of mineral water not carbonate drinks! Dah siap highlight dah klo x nmpk lgi         sja la...

   Hi, sorry to abandon u blog.,it's been a very long time since i updated about my blog..kinda busy with a lot of things. Now i've just complete my diploma(waiting to convocation) hurray !  Today i want to share something.. Tadaa :

it is very soft, comfortable n yg pling best msa pakai nie x sakit bila nk buang.. dpt nie free(10 packet plk tu)msa my sis bought something on9..hehe..x pyah beli jmat duit ! so klo korg nak beli bnyk ad jual kt insta..

Cinta melalui warna..apakah persamaan anda??

 Nampak mcm best ja kn entri tu..hurmm amira ada tips skit nk share( just for fun).....korg tau x wrna kesukaan partner n warna kesukaan korg sndiri..ok klo tau meh sni kita check sma ada sesuai ke x? before that bnda nie utk suka2 ja jgn trlalu ikot sgt smpai ingat ehhh ak x da persamaan ngn dy la..

Warna MERAH + BIRU :

Si biru seseorang yg suka beralah n berjiwa lembut..btol x ? Kebanyakan orang yg suka wrna biru orang seni..iye ke?Si merah pula agak agresif orangnya dan keras hati. Klo bleh setiap yg dia nak mesti kena dpt. Klo dua2 wrna dganding  si biru bley brtolak ansur dgn wrna merah sbb snggup brtahan dgn kerenah merah yg ingin ap sja.

 HIJAU + OREN :

Dua wrna yg kurang serasi sbb dua2 mnja..tpi jgn rsau..nie hnya utk pengetahuan ja(don't take it serious ok)..Setiap kali brtemu dua2 orang nk perhatian. Bila dua2 org x dpt perhatian antara satu sma lain mulalah nk gaduh.. ishx3 . Jadi cara yg elok korg berbincang dgn psangan ap yg dy nak sbenarnya dan sma2 brusaha utk mndapat perhatian antara stu sma lain.

 BIRU + HIJAU :
Perfect ! Ni adalah psangan yg pling ideal. Dua2 lebit n dua2 pengasih dan penyayang. Tpi kdg2 korg mcm x serasi mcm x da jodoh. Ada shaja cbaran n hlngan dlm prcintaan. Walaupun ada sja msalah, hlngan yg menimpa korg duaor berpisah hati korg msti ingat antara stu sma lain. Cinta korg sgt sweet n romatik..(Awww so sweet) ..ehh2 wrna kesukaan ak biru..iye ke?? kena cri psangan wrna hijau la mcm nie..hahaha

MERAH + OREN

WOW ! Sama2 agresif dan tahan lasak. Antara stu sma lain korang suka aktivi yg mncabr..btol x? Pasangan korg x jarang meluahkan perasaan cinta  sbb suka mngamalkn konsep "sendiri kena ingat". Sebaiknya si merah n oren bertemu dgn org yg romantik mcm warna biru/hijau. Barulah mcm romeo n juliet..acece..

The day i got my new Purse

             Tamatlah hidup sbagai student dip now tnggu result ..Ingat bila blik rumah nnti nk beli purse bru then suddenly mak kta "mak beli purse bru kt amira" u know what does that means(i loveeee u mom n jmat duit ak )..Tpi mmg slalu pn mak yg belikan...Ak nie prnah beli purse sndiri ka??haha..ouhh bru tringat ada beli purse sndiri tpi x pkai pn..sbb ntah(suka pkai lgi klo my mom yg belikan)!.Nie yg syg lebih kt mak sbb mak mcm pham2 ja anak dia nk purse bru..sayang mak! THX MOM
